Is your work guaranteed? If so, what is your guarantee?

Yes, absolutely! Most of my clients are pleased with the copy they receive. But if you are not, I will revise it at my expense until you are completely satisfied. Revisions are unlimited (not including changes to the scope of the project).

Do you guarantee that your copy will get the results I want?

Unfortunately, I can’t guarantee the results of my copy. Many factors can affect copy results—price, list, design, demand, market all of which are not in my control.

I will make every effort to work with you to ensure your copy will produce results.

How long will it take you to write my copy?

Truthfully, this depends on your project. For autoresponders or letters, I like to have 2-3 weeks to work on your copy. This gives me time to research, write, edit and revise the copy.

If you have a pressing deadline indicate the date, by which you need copy when you contact me. A rush fee may apply. But if I take on your project, you will have it by your deadline date if not sooner.

What happens if I need you to revise the copy?

Let me know what changes are needed and I will make them as quickly as possible. Revisions are free once notification of revisions are made within 30 days and are not based on project changes after the copy has been submitted.

Do you outsource the work?

Work is not outsourced. I write 100% of my copy. My husband who works with me in the office helps with the editing process.

Does it cost extra for rush jobs?

There is a minimal fee for rush jobs which is determined based on the type of project, what else is on my schedule, project size, industry, and if I’m familiar with your product or service (if we have worked together before.)

I do not submit poorly written copy and I don’t make false promises. If I know I won’t be able to do a good job within your time frame, I will have to turn your job down.

Great copy takes time to write and comes out of knowledge, research and understanding—about the product, audience, market and project objectives.

Depending on the size of your project and what else is on my schedule there may be a short wait. But I am usually able to start within few business days.

What are your payment terms?

In most cases, my invoice terms are Net 15 days from the bill date. However if your organization pays Net 30 days from the bill date, just let me know when you contact me.
